Physical Voucher Request
Prefer a Physical Gift Voucher?
If you have a little more time and would like a beautifully presented gift voucher to give in person, physical vouchers are also available through prior arrangement before collection.
Simply complete the form with the service or value you’d like to purchase, along with any optional add-ons or personalisation requests.
Please allow up to one working day for your voucher to be prepared. While we always aim to process requests as quickly as possible, physical vouchers are not available instantly like eVouchers.
By default, the ‘To’ and ‘From’ fields are left blank so you can add your own personal message. If you’d like these completed for you, simply include the wording in the request form.
Pick up Address
Once your voucher is ready, you’ll receive a notification to collect it from:

Your voucher will be waiting under the “Yah, it’s you!” entrance mat.
Payment
You can pay for your physical voucher by:
Internet banking

Cash
- Cash can be left under the entrance mat (your voucher will be activated once payment has been received)
Purchase an eVoucher
- You can pay by purchasing an eVoucher online, which can then be transferred onto a physical voucher for collection.
